MCLEANSCOTLAND travel to USA in October 2008.

Liz, her daughter Shona and Paul will be in the USA this year at Stone Mountain Highland Games, Atlanta. Both the Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th and will have a display tent at the games, come and say hello, find out what Scotland has for you!  We will be staying in Atlanta a few days before moving north to N Carolina, staying with friends near Charlotte.  Paul will also be at the Waxhaw Highland Games the following Saturday 25th, Liz and Shona will have flown to New York by then, so if it's them you really want to meet, make sure it's Atlanta! Come to both we would be more than happy seeing you.

For our USA trip this year we have been lucky to have THE FAMOUS GROUSE support us, we are very happy to be working with them at the Glenturret Distillery. Many thanks especially to Beth for assisting us. PAUL; the original founder some 13 years ago, he loves Scottish history, geography, in fact anything Scottish. Born in Connel near Oban, he was taken down to Liverpool at an early age and grew up there, never forgetting where he came from, he moved back as soon as he could! A strange mix of Scot and Irish, Paul does a lot of the driving and guiding tours - he loves it!

LIZ; what can we say? she is the better looking half of mcleanscotland, the most important member of the team, why? She looks after   the finance and marketing. Without Liz there would be no mcleanscotland. At times she also comes on group tours, meets up with self drive tours and is the best in the world as party hostess. Nickname; Dizzy (not only is she sometimes dizzy, but her surname happens to be Gillespie).  The photo shows Liz with Dennis, Gus and Shona.

SHONA; Liz's girl and is 15 (going on 28), she is a bubbly girl with great personality and lots of fun. Shona has been on tours with us, she regularly checks out Scottish hotels with us and we know she is an asset to the company. As she rightly told Liz and Paul the reason why she should go to USA; "I am the only one born and lived all my life here in Scotland". She's right of course.
