Dewar's World of
Whisky. Located in Aberfeldy, the
Signature Tour
will give you the opportunity to find
out all about the Dewar’s family who where
pioneer in blending and advertising. The
tour will consist of a 2 hour long, visit of
the Centre, tour of the distillery, an
exclusive tasting from the cask in the
warehouse of Aberfeldy 23yrs old, a tasting
and nosing of the portfolio etc… A
unique opportunity to taste some of the
world’s finest and rarest whiskies:
Dewar’s Signature
The culmination of more than 150 years of
blending tradition.
Aberfeldy 21 Year Old Highland Single
Malt. Cask tasting in the
warehouse. A once in a lifetime experience -
the Aberfeldy
Single Malt, direct from the cask
in which it has lain for over 23 years. The
Signature Tour also includes entry to the
Dewar’s Heritage Exhibition, a personalised
tour of the distillery with one of the
guides, and the chance to taste from the
full portfolio of Dewar’s premium whiskies.

also receive a complimentary limited edition
John Dewar
“Signature” blender’s glass.
11th January whisky dinner
Hosted by
Regis Whisky Mad you have the opportunity to
participate in a whisky dinner.
This will consist of 3 pre dinner whiskies
just to warm up and discover the perfect way
to enjoy Scotch whisky water or no water?
The Ritual!
Wait and
see you will be enlightened, after which
each course of your meal will then be served
with a carefully selected and matched Scotch
whisky, single malt or blended which ever
will be best suited. Explanation will be
given all the way through the meal and
feedback will be thought from all. The best
of Scotland Larder with the best spirit in
the world!
Dalmore
sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth
overlooking the rich and fertile Black Isle,
the "big meadowland", from which it takes
its name. The tour will give us the
opportunity to discover The Dalmore
Distillery and to taste its amber nectar.
The surprise is in the pudding, as we will
not only be able to Taste Dalmore Single
Malt but also, Whyte and Mackay Blended
Whisky, Isle of Jura single malt whisky,
Tamnavulin Single Malt and Old Fettercairn
and a wild card which I will keep way up my
sleeve!
Glenmorangie
Distillery located in Tain, where
the Sixteen Men of Tain works there
miracles. Pioneers in wood finishes
Glenmorangie the Glen of tranquility will
welcome our party and give us a special tour
of the distillery and a very special
tasting. The tasting will give us an over
view of the range of products available
through this fine Highland Malt but also
will allow us to discover BNJ their own
blended Scotch whisky, Glenmoray and Ardbeg.

one final
distillery; GLENGOYNE. A Master
Blender Session awaits where you can create
your very own blended whisky! Guests are
welcomed with a dram of 10 year old Single
Highland Malt before enjoying a guided tour
of the distillery. After the tour guests are
invited in to our new state-of the-art
whisky 'Sample Room' where they can taste 'Langs
Select' blended whisky and award winning
Glengoyne 17 year old Single Highland Malt
whilst learning about the art of the Master
Blender. Guests will then have the
opportunity to create their own blend which
will be bottled in a 100ml sample bottle for
them to take home, along with a certificate.
