A FUN WEEKEND OF CURLING IN KILTS!
 

AYE! We can arrange a completely fun weekend for you, which will include a go at the Scottish sport of CURLING! LATE SEPTEMBER – EARLY OCTOBER when rink is open to curlers. We will get some local curlers (who know what they are doing!) to give some quick lessons, then we will all take part in a fun competition, WEARING KILTS!

FRIDAY: arrive to Perth WHERE WE WILL MEET YOU. Check into your accommodation – The Holiday Inn Express (or B&B if required) and head back into town for the pub, where we meet up with some locals for drinks. Dinner is also (OPTIONAL EXTRA) available at pubs around town, spend the night enjoying Perth hospitality.

SATURDAY: a late start (recovery time) and meet up at the KILT shop for your kilts. Transfer to Dewars Centre Curling Rink. The local curlers will be here to give advice, instruction and a push or two! We spend a wee while getting to know how to curl and not fall over, followed by a fun tournament. As the group splits into teams of four we work our way through the tournament. The winning team will receive a trophy! We then break for food, and visit some of the local Perth pubs to mix with more locals… STILL IN THE KILTS!

SUNDAY: a lazy breakfast then head back home with bruises, stories and hopefully great photos!

 

EXCLUSIVE COST from  £185 PER PERSON SHARING

PACKAGE INCLUDES: Two nights Bed and Breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express - Perth (or similar if unavailable), fees for curling rink and hire of kilts.  We will return kilts. This tour uses your own transport, we can supply transport if you wish at an extra cost, please let us know.
