Wednesday 23 May; Arrive into Dublin and make your way to the city centre hotel. At 1pm we will go on a half day trip to Kilkenny Return to Dublin. We have a unique tasting (optional extra) tonight at the Clontarf castle Hotel, see link here.

Thursday 24 May;  at 10am we will meet you at the hotel and go to The Old Kilbeggan Distillery in the midlands (over 250 year old).   It has been owned by Cooley since 1988, you will be taken on a tour by Distillery Manager Brian Quinn and a sample with a few extras thrown in! "This is a fantastic tour, having done it myself, I was amazed at the museum and all its working parts, what an insight into how it ran in the past, believe me, this is no to be missed!" Paul McLean.  Transfer back to Dublin where the remainder of the day is free. Enjoy Dublin, maybe the open top tour bus, the Guinness warehouse, or just linger... or, enjoy more whiskey

Friday 25 May;  A morning trip north to Dundalk, Cooley Distillery where you take a tour followed by a tasting. Unlike any other distillery, a rare chance to see into the workings of this gem with all its rough edges and non tourist tour! Overnight Dublin. The night before the day after... a nice Irish show for your enjoyment! We shall have reserved seats for you to take in this typically Irish performance.
