Come with us to the 100th Anniversary gathering on Mull – a superb 11 night tour of Scotland, with three nights on Mull, two in Glasgow, three in Perthshire and three in the Borders. Fully guided motorcoach tour, lots of free time, superb visits arranged and so much fun! Just ask anyone who has been with us before … a vacation of a lifetime awaits you! IT WILL BE EVEN BETTER THAN 2007!

MCLEANSCOTLAND are still working on the tour for you, package costs will be available as soon as possible. Full itinerary will also be available soon, but to whet your appetite;

The tour will start in Glasgow, where we stay the first night, get over that long flight, enjoy mixing with us and fellow travellers in the hotel this first night. Our coach will then proceed to Oban where free time is available for those who wish it. The ferry to Mull follows, then check into the Isle of Mull hotel and Spa (it now has a swimming pool!). We will be planning something for tonight after dinner. Two further days/nights on Mull including the main event at the castle. We depart Mull via Lochaline and travel through the Highlands for three more days/nights based in Pitlochry, where we stay three nights. More events planned here and a day trip to consider, or free time for those who may wish to walk, play golf or simply relax at the hotel. Our tour then takes you to the Edinburgh area (although we do not stay in Edinburgh itself), where we will explore areas we have not taken our Maclean tours to previously. After a few nights here, the tour ends with us moving to Glasgow for our final night. We can't wait, never mind you! We will be putting so much into this tour that it will be fun and surpirses every day!

We are still working on it and hopefully we will know more soon, Liz and Paul are always thinking of new ideas and even in June 2008, they had more great ideas, which become evident to those who come over in 2012! Then again; if YOU have any ideas or suggestions, please let us know and we will see if they can also be included, but - no more mentions of Sean Connery please! Are Liz and Paul not enough to handle?

BELIEVE IT OR NOT (we tell the truth folks!) we have bookings for this tour even without knowing the cost as yet! As of 23 June 2008, we have allocated 10 seats! so get your notes of interest in soon.

UPDATE - 26 August 2008; we have decided only on a day trip to Edinburgh this time, as we have stayed there on the two previous gathering tours, from the Borders we will make a day trip to Edinburgh. What we are suggestion for those who do wish to stay there; either arrive early or stay a few days extra at the end, we will arrange all your needs for Edinburgh, including some extra day trips if you wish. Also, we will not be offering a hotel dinner every night, just a few selected nights. This enables us to put more into the tour in other places, but don't worry, where there is no evening dinner provided, there will be many options available to you, we won't leave you high and dry! Full details of this when the itinerary is placed online, soon we hope! And yes, by popular demand; the Denny & Dunipace Pipeband should be with us somewhere on the tour! THE ISLE OF MULL HOTEL; we have it booked already! The news is - it now has an indoor swimming pool and spa. These are shown below, whilst right; the view of the hotel from near the ferry. Once again we will be staying three nights here, Paul will be going to look it over soon, now it has new features.
